How soon will my order be processed and shipped?

Your order will be processed usually within 30 minutes of entering the system.

If you are ordering non-custom items, such as lanyards, badge holders, pins, magnets, etc., your order will usually ship within 24 hours. 

If you are ordering custom name tags, badges, ID Cards, etc., your order will ship usually within 48 hours assuming you have submitted all necessary artwork.  The exceptions to this rule are silk screening (2-3 business days) and hot stamping, which takes 7-14 business days.

What format do you need my art to be in?

You may read the requirements here.  Basically, the better the art, the better looking it will be on the nametag.

Will my card be billed now?

Because of the custom nature of the orders, your card will be authorized immediately but not fully charged until 24-48 hours later.  This gives time to approve proofs, make changes or add additional information to the account.

Do you have the item in stock?

Yes, we stock all of our products.  If for some reason we may be out of a particular product, we will notify you immediately.  If we do not have it in one warehouse we will expedite it from another warehouse.

How long does UPS ground shipping take?

No area takes more than 5 business days.  Puerto Rico is 6 Days and Hawaii and Alaska are available in a 4 Day ship.
