In order to maintain our low prices and high quality products and service,  please support us on the following terms, conditions, caveats and small print...

All sales submitted online enter our system and are processed immediately.  Therefore, any cancellation, changes or additions after order placement may be charged a fee for work done.

 

All custom lanyard orders will be filled as follows:

 

1.  You call with size, colors (PMS, if known) and text (or logo) to be printed.

     We will also need to know attachment type and whether or not a breakaway is necessary.

     Breakaway attachments are attached at the back of the neck.

     Lanyard length is measured from the attachment, around the neck, back to the attachment.

     Lengths may vary 1.5-2 inches from requested length.

2.  Billing and shipping information is gathered

3.  A proof is sent via e-mail for your approval, the faster you approve, the faster we can print

4.  Once proof is approved, we begin production

5.  If you need actual preproduction samples, we can make a few for $50.00 before running the batch

6.  Products range from 10-15 days to produce

 

 

Artwork...If you do not have proper artwork, we will ask your authorization to create artwork for you.  The fee begins at $35.00 per hour.  Level of difficulty determines charges.  Once artwork is created, we will e-mail you copies of it.

 

Return Policy 

 

Stock Items:  Items that do not require specific artwork or special production.

 

All stock items may be returned within 30 days, but must be returned in the original packaging.  A 25% restocking fee to these items.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Stock items of the same value may be exchanged at no charge (i.e., color exchange) with the customer paying all exchanging freight charges.

 

Custom Items:  Custom orders are those that have an imprint (printed, engraved, embroidered, or woven) personalized to the customer’s preference.

 

Custom products cannot be returned, except in the case of product defect or evident error in our production.  In the event of a production error, we will need the product shipped back to us before we can proceed with corrected the order.  

 

 

First time orders require set-up fees.  All first time orders will be given an invoice name and/or number which must be used on reorders for exact matching.  If no order number is provided, your order will be treated as a new account and may incur set-up fees.   Please do not be surprised if you only order 1 nametag and it totals $20.00 or $25.00.  One nametag stills incurs a set-up charge and shipping expenses.  In order to keep your cost per tag down, it is better to order in groups.

 

Our price breaks usually fall at 100, 500, 1000, 5000, 10.000 and 25,000.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or company at any time.

 

Credit Card payment is required to process order unless other arrangements have been made.  Other arrangements are PO Numbers, Government Issue Orders, etc.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
