Everyone at Namify was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. However, the repeated automated emails about orders were very annoying. They created a high-pressure rush to order. It probably isn't meant that way, but that's the way it felt to me. All turned out well, though. We'll order from Namify again.

Namify has assisted my company with lanyards and badge holders for a solid year now. The service is great, and so is the turn-around time. Unfortunately, I have found small amounts of lanyard clips broken when going through the order for a quality check; and also, I only received 5/6 of my last badge holder order. Other than these things, I have enjoyed working with Namify to get certain projects done.

Overall I would have to say that the customer service has been good. The only exception is when we needed to have the product by a specific date and the customer service rep was aware of it. It failed to meet the date and had to be overnighted to us onsite vs in advance. The lack of follow thru by the rep was surprising. Wish he was more on top of matters so that I didn't have to babysit the job.

I spoke with a great rep., I ordered lanyards, but when viewing them on line i thought that the hooks would be more durable then they seem to be. when i spoke to my rep. i told him what our company did and that our lanyards clip had to be sturdy and i didn't mind spending a little more money for quality. i am hoping that the clips don't break within a few months time. thank-you

The best part was the online chat with a representative. They answered all of my questions and gave me a direct phone number and email to reach them with any further questions. Great Customer Service! I will return for future orders!

I KNOW YOU MOSTLY DO LARGE ORDERS- I ONLY WANTED ONE NAMETAG AND I RECEIVED EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED. THANK YOU FOR NOT BEING SO LARGE I COULD NOT HAVE ONE NAMETAG MADE FOR ME. CHAT MESSAGE WAS NICE TO HAVE AND USE.THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE HIGH SHIPPING CHARGE FOR AN ALMOST WEIGHT-FREE NAMETAG.
